This is a spunky design with a modern sailor feel made from 100% premium denim in a beautiful deep navy blue with metal buckles in the front instead of a steel busk. Top and bottom trim are made from the same 100% premium navy blue denim. This corset comes completely lined in 100% cotton which provides extra durability and support, and protects the exterior fabric. The front buckles are added for aesthetic appeal; they are functional but are not designed to aide in the tight lacing or the fit of the corset. Sizing: Corsets should be ordered based on the size of your desired waist. We recommend that you order 4-6 inches below your natural waist measurements to allow for cinching. So if you have a 29 inch waist, we would recommend that you purchase a size 24. Available in sizes 18 - 40 in 2 inch increments. Measurements: This corset stands 10 1/2 inches long in the front, and just over 11 inches long in the back. A size 26 will have a 26 inch waist when fully laced shut. The hips will measure approximately 8-9 inches larger than the waist and the underbust is approximately 7-8 inches larger when laced shut. FIT TIP: This corset does not have any front closure, so its a little tricky to shimmy into it. You have to start with the laces completely loose and put it on over your head or step into it.
